Ten new listings today, 3 in the Ithaca school district, rest were all Candor, Spencer, Romulus, Locke, Newark Valley, and 2 lake properties, 1 on Cayuga Lake, 1 on Seneca Lake (Spring is just around the corner) ............5 went under contract, days on the market anywhere from 8 to 117. To all of the properties (21....ouch) in Lansing, Ithaca, Trumansburg, Dryden, etc that expired off the market without selling: If your closing costs were less, you could ask less and get more. If it's not priced right, does location really matter?
